Software Training Services
McLeod Software has our own training facilities located at our Headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama and at our Western offices located in Salt Lake City, Utah. To ensure that you maximize the benefits of our software, we provide thorough, personalized training by qualified software professionals. We also provide award-winning documentation to ensure the immediate usefulness of our products.
As a part of your software implementation plan, we recommend at least two weeks of software training to maximize the full use of the software. We offer one week of training at our national headquarters, as well as one week of on-site training at your place of business. You can request additional on-site training during installation, as desired.
McLeod Headquarters Training
McLeod Software has training facilities located at our Headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama and at our office in Salt Lake City, Utah. You may send as many staff as you deem necessary to the McLeod facility for classroom-style training.
On-site Training
A McLeod Software professional trainer travels your site to train staff members in their own environment during implementation.

McLeod Software has developed a comprehensive set of manuals, as well as online help to assist and facilitate your training.
