McLeod Software is dedicated to superior service. Its Customer Support professionals are second to none, offering  24/7 assistance to solve customer issues quickly and accurately. Our support staff is committed to the highest level of service, support and training.

Once our Installation team has completed your LoadMaster® installation, your company is assigned to the Support Group. Each customer is assigned to a specific account manager based on the skills that are typically required by that customer.

The Support group is composed of two teams of professionals; the support programmers and account support managers. These two teams very work closely together to provide superior solutions to you. Support programmers provide all programming modifications assigned to the Support Group. Account support managers are responsible for assisting the customer with additional needed training, modification design, data management, and system issues.

Website Help services--Current customers login to our website customer care page to obtain software support, training, software documentation, answers to frequently asked questions, access to customer satisfaction surveys, initiate e-mail to McLeod Software staff members, and much more. 

PhonePlan--PhonePlan is a dial-in telephone system that records and tracks all support calls received. Our account managers work from the PhonePlan database to answer customer calls in the order in which they were received. Customers who call with an emergency that requires immediate attention are given top priority and are answered by the first available account manager.

McLeod Software is pleased to report that 95 percent of all support calls are responded to in less than 20 minutes.
