ETA/Out-of-Route Module
McLeod Software’s LoadMaster® ETA/Out-of-Route (ETA/OOR) Module helps you identify loads or customers that might have potential service failures due to late arrivals or out-of-route miles. Using mobile communication (satellite) positioning, check calls, and/or arrival reports at a stop, the ETA/OOR Module monitors status changes of each tractor's load. With each status change or position update, new ETA/OOR calculations take place. Your employees are notified of potential service failures through instant planning screen updates or message alerts. Investigating the cause of a late or out of route move is easy with the comprehensive history records. The ETA/OOR Module works with either PC Miler or Rand McNally mileage servers.
Features & Benefits:
Instant ETA Updates - On the Driver Manager Screen, ETA is instantaneously updated based on satellite positioning, check calls and arrival reports at stops. Using the ETA field, you can "drill down" to the Late Route View screen, to view the details of how the ETA/OOR was calculated.
ETA Record Detail - The Late Route View Screen, allows you to analyze the causes of the possible service failure. By giving visibility to more than one ETA calculation, you can see how unloading and break times factor into the new ETA. Additionally, you can view all ETA records for a particular stop or a particular load.
