Brokerage Module

McLeod Software's LoadMaster® Brokerage Dispatch Module gives dispatchers added capabilities allowing them to maintain available and dispatched load files, as well as available tractors and rate quotes for carriers.

How It Works
All loads are first entered as available loads. A load may be defined as a one-time or recurring load. When a load is dispatched, the information is transferred to the assigned movement file. A dispatcher uses this file to manage the load, assuring that all pertinent information is recorded and that the load is delivered in a timely manner. After the required paperwork is received, the load information is transferred to history, as well as to the billing file in the Billing & Accounts Receivable module to facilitate customer payment.
